STEPHEN WOOD – VIP promoter and manager was glad to see the back of 2009 where 5 VIP fighters lost Championship bouts . He is determined that 2010 will be a much better year with Jamie Moore , Tony Quigley , Carl Dilcs, Gary Davies and Mark Moran all getting back into championship bouts and winning belts again. GARY SYKES – Has been nominated as the next Mandatory challenger for the British Super-Featherweight title and therefore his eliminator with Carl Johansson due for the 22nd January 2010 is off. Gary will now next box in Nottingham on the 5th February and the fight after that will be for the British Title.
